Error message "Was not able to obtain a license for Cyclone" appears when performing pointcloud import

As of January 1, 2025 users have contacted us and reported the above issue when importing pointclouds or accessing a variety of other pointcloud functions.  This issue affects Map360 2024 and 2022 hotfix.


A patch has been released that replaces two components of Map360 and resolved the issue.  The patch can be downloaded here.
