Menus Don't Appear for IMS 1.3

New menus not appearing for the IMS 1.3 version? Bing Maps:
Quick Align, Change Block Colors and Change Block Size:
Wall:
Follow these steps to reset your profile: 1) Go to IMS Symbol>Options
2) Go to the Profiles tab:
3) Highlight "Default" and press "Reset"
