If you are using older versions of our data collection software with the old Activesync Support software, you may occasionally see a message about "FieldGenius or EvR is running on your data collector."‚ This message will appear on your desktop while you are trying to sync and download you projects.
To correct the issue, you need to perform a soft reset of your data collector.‚
Do a Soft Reset of your data collector and then reconnect it to Active Sync.‚ It should now complete the sync and allow you to download or upload your work.
