The following is a list of critical bugs or important limitations that users should be aware of that affect Map360. It is not intended as an exhaustive list of all issues.
Important Note: If you ever experience a crash when using Map360, when you are asked if you would like to send an error report, please always select Yes to send the report. MicroSurvey and IntelliCAD programmers can use these error reports to help investigate and fix crashing problems that occur within the program, even if it is a problem that is not easily reproducible.

Problem: Silhouette mode requires the data to be from Cyclone Legacy. Cyclone Register360 data is not supported at this time. A regen may also required to apply the change.
Solution: This will be fixed with a future update of REG 360.

Problem: Opening an existing drawing with layers that are turned OFF are not being switched to a frozen layer and items on those layers will not show up.
Workaround: Reopen the drawing in a previous version and turn the layers ON or Freeze them instead.

Problem: When using Cyclone IMP point clouds, perspective views can be distorted.
Workaround: Import the point cloud as a JetStream of LGS file

Problem: Imported or stored points are not being displayed nor are the point labels
Workaround: Reset factory defaults. Type CNF_SET_FACTORY_DEFAULTS and type yes when prompted to reset.
Solution: This will be fixed in a future update.
