Unattended Installation with Map360

IMS Map360 is normally installed by the user or by the IT department. The user or IT person is required to log in as a full Administrator and is required to install the program once with elevated permissions before any regular user account can run the software.

Sometimes an IT department likes to deploy an unattended installation to save time installing Map360 on many computers. Below is an example of how to perform an unattended installation:

1. download a regular installer from the downloads page:

2. copy the installation into a convenient folder (ie: c:\temp)

3. Browse to C:/temp in Windows Explorer

4. hold the Shift key and then right click your mouse while viewing the c:/temp folder

5. type a command in the prompt as per the format shown:

"(name of downloaded installer).exe" /quiet /norestart
