IMS Map360 PointCloud - Import ModelSpace View fails

We have received reports of IMS Map360 failing to import a ModelSpace View. If you are experiencing this problem we recommend that you ensure:

    • Windows updates are up to date
    • Your graphics card driver is up to date
    • You have Cyclone 9.1.1 installed

Disable Hardware Acceleration

You can also try to disable Hardware Acceleration to see if that allows you to import the ModelSpace View.

Disabling Hadware Accleration is not an ideal solution and should be viewed as a troubleshooting step.

  1. Ensure you have the Advanced Workspace enabled
  2. Select Tools - Options
  3. In the Options dialog open the Display tab and uncheck Hardware AccelerationOptions-Display

If disabling Hardware Acceleration allows you to import the ModelSpace View, please Submit a Support Ticket to report the issue and work with Support staff to come up with a permanent solution.
