If you encounter the error “Service FLEXnet License Server”is not running. Please start the service.” while entering your EID in CLM Manager and have one of the following results:

Entitlement ID activation fails.

Or

Unable to Borrow an Entitlement ID.

Or

TLS Software cannot use the license.
